I offer 30min sessions for those who feel they just want a low level of support, someone to actively listen to them, and a safe space to vent frustrations, worries, or stressful situations. Contact me to see if this option would suit you.

This is a standard therapeutic session. Book in for a free 15min consultation to discuss your needs and suitability in working together.
1 Hour - 2 or more people
$160
Whether it’s romantic relationships, family dynamics, or other, I am happy to discuss working with more than one person. Please contact me so we can talk more about this option.
90 mins - 1 person
$160
Extended version of standard session - this option is great for those who want to take the time to settle into the session and explore a bit deeper. This option is also great for working through trauma to give plenty of time and space for grounding.
90 mins - 2 or more people
$210
I highly recommend this session for couples to begin with so there is plenty of time and space to allow for conversation from multiple people. Trust me, the time will fly by!
